Princess Eugenie wore a flirty, floral Erdem to Royal Ascot Day 3

Here are some photos from Day 3 of the Royal Ascot. Today, Queen Elizabeth was joined at Royal Ascot by her granddaughters, Princess Eugenie and Princess Beatrice, as well as Princess Anne. This makes it three days in a row at Royal Ascot for the Queen, and the second time in three days for Bea and Eugenie. Can I just say? I’m really enjoying the Ascot fashion parade, and all of the photos of hats are getting me through this dumpster fire week. Thank you, royals. Thank you, Royal Ascot.Once again, I feel like the York princesses weren’t really coordinating their looks, nor were they really trying to outdo the other one. They just have different styles – Beatrice possibly errs on the side of too fussy/conservative and Eugenie seems to be feeling herself sartorially more and more these days. Beatrice wore this black-and-white Jonathan Simkhai dress which I absolutely hate. It’s the wrong silhouette for her body type, and the Sally-Ann Provan hat isn’t really doing much for me either. Eugenie, on the other hand, looks flat-out amazing. Eugenie wore a surprisingly short Erdem dress which looks great on her and shows off her legs. It works because it’s either fully lined or she’s wearing a slip underneath, I can’t tell which. Her hat is by the same designer as Beatrice’s hat. It’s fine. Also: the Princess Royal in turquoise!! She’s such a handsome woman. I think the Queen brought all of her “female faves” today – her favorite daughter, her favorite granddaughters.Photos courtesy of WENN.Celebitchy
